Cancellation and Shipping Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, no cancellations will be accepted.

2. Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours, a 100% refund will be processed with no questions asked and payment to be returned within 3-4 days back to the source but hurry because once the Order is dispatched it can’t be returned and in that case we don’t accept returns as well/cancellation.

3. Complaints and Money Back: In the event of any mishappening or if the received product is faulty or inedible, you can raise a complaint with proper proof attached. We will evaluate the situation, and if the claim is valid, the amount will be refunded. Media & Video evidence is preferred in such cases.

4. Return of Incorrect or Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is incorrect or in an unacceptable condition (broken, teared off, tornned), you have the option to return it to us. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping charges. Its requested to attach proper proof at time of raising complaints because that makes the process smoother and help us improving to keep records (proof we mean proper videography of product while opening the product with proper photos attached & clip as after opening clips will not be entertained shoot at time of opening to make it count)

5. Order Cancellation timings are between 11AM to 7:30PM in Business Days, Sundays-2nd Saturdays-Festive-National Holidays are offdays with no processing of Requests but on working days you get earliest response.

Shipping Conditions:

1. Free Shipping: Bazaar Rooh offers free shipping for orders above Rs. 1199+ PAN India/999+ DL not Below that threshold, free shipping is available on regular orders as well every day.

2. Reshipping: In the case of a wrong delivery, we will cover the shipping charges (can be exempted depending on case) to send you the correct item as per your original order, you can share us proof of media files of the wrong shipment and can easily raise a complaint for your order with valid proof (proper videos and media opening package at time of delivery), we examine the case and do the needful processing.

3. Extra Items: If any extra items are sent to you by mistake, you can choose to claim them or keep them as a gift from our end but please let us know so we can improve the services.

Please note that these cancellation and shipping conditions are specific to our store, Bazaar Rooh / Bazaar Ki Rooh. We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We accept online orders through PhonePe Payment Gateway with all verified and valid payment methods via Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit cards from select banks in India including Govt. UPI (Unified Payment Interface), Wallets, etc.

If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, reach out to us & provide the following information:                                                                                       

  • Transaction Reference Number.
  • The amount debited with the registered Email id.
  • Date & Time of Transaction.

Products are typically shipped within two days of receiving an order. If you have any questions about returns or refunds, please contact us at [email protected].

After your order has been confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and courier company details. We aim to dispatch most orders within one to two business days, depending on the availability of logistics service providers.

Delivery times may vary slightly between states. Working days are calculated excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Delivery may be delayed due to logistics issues.

During Mega Sale events, dispatches may take longer due to increased volume. We aim to dispatch all orders within seven days of the order date.

We use reputable logistics service providers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, India-Post, and others for standard ground mail service.

Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be dispatched within two to three days. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please notify our customer service team by phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery notification. Please allow two to three days for us to investigate with our courier partners.

Please note that our Exchange/Returns Policy does not cover damages caused by neglect, improper use, or incorrect application. Additionally, Sample Hampers and Hampers for the Festive season are not eligible for exchange or refund once they have been purchased and delivered.

We hold the right to drop out any on-going or future promotions, offers, sales, gifts and giveaways on the products without any liabilities.
